- Shared rooms increases rent $300/month (only 1 shared room allowed at a time).

Parking is limited, so it is provided on a first come first serve basis at an additional $50/month.

Property maintenance is on site, and all common areas are cleaned regularly, snow removal done by owner.

No smoking inside, and no pets permitted.
